The lighting, decor and scent thoughtfully soothed my transition to the mat. The relaxation continued as Kelly passionately instructed with patience and purpose as the class enjoyed the slow, restorative flow. The extended savasana was particularly enjoyable as the music carried my mind and body to a state of mediation and deep healing (some tears). The musical selection matched the wonderful appearance of the studio and Kelly's guidance through practice harmoniously blended to create a deeply enriching experience. The Zen Den is a relaxing and beautiful yoga studio in Manchester. I have attended 3 yoga classes (Hippie Hour) so far and I will continue to go back. I really love the fact that the classes are small which gives you the chance to get to know everyone. I have never felt more at peace and part of a yoga community until I attended one of Kelly's classes. Kelly is such an amazing instructor who guides you through the yoga poses and gently helps you if you need guidance. I never thought that I would be someone who looks forward to Friday night yoga until now! Not to mention that the location and atmosphere is relaxing and everyone in the class are kind and welcoming."
