Unsure if you're doing the pose "right?" Does a certain pose sometimes feel "off?" Join us for a special pop up class dedicated to alignment! We'll break down the pose and help you find your footing! Remember, its not about how the pose looks, but how it feels. When your alignment is fine-tuned, the benefits of the pose can shine, allowing you to move through your practice with confidence. Warm up, cool down and savasana will still be incorporated into this special class.
